A: An account is considered to be using "excessive amounts of resources" if it uses 10% or more of system resources for more that 60 seconds. This policy is in place to protect our customers and insure that our servers and network remain stable and accessible. There are numerous problems that could cause such problems including: CGI scripts, FTP, HTTP, etc. We reserve the right to suspend any hosting account that we feel is jeopardizing our network.

 

 

 

 

 

Q: How do I transfer my site to ProNetSpace without experiencing any downtime?

A: Upload all of your files to our server using and FTP program like WSFTP or SmartFTP to the IP address in your welcome letter and setup your email accounts in your control panel.
